It seems as if some people are in search of their minds, their repressed emotions and gestures, their unfinished stories scattered among the layers of this stage split in half, thinking that only by collecting these may they shape themselves as a subject. As all this happens, I try to both include and exclude myself in these events in order to bear witness. The responsibility of being a witness requires the questioning of being us.
These figures are constantly changing places through the space in order to find their other halves. This is actually an attempt to reclaim their interrupted, negated memories and bodies. During this process of editing, the pains and pleasures of myths, memories and the habits of daily life have to be picked up one by one and put into place.
I try to both include and exclude myself in these events in order to bear witness. The responsibility of being a witness requires the questioning of being us.
